Delete your account in the app

If you are a tradesperson or a GetMaster Pro member, you can delete your account yourself:

1. Open the GetMaster Pro app (or tasker.getmaster.co.uk/app) and sign in.
2. Go to Me and tap Delete my account (if your account is still waiting for approval, the button is on the waiting screen).
3. Read the summary, then type DELETE to confirm.

If a job is still in progress, please finish or cancel it first.

Ask us to delete your account

Customers, or anyone who can't use the app, can email support@getmaster.co.uk from the email address on the account with the subject "Delete my GetMaster account". We will confirm and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Straight away: your login, your profile and public profile (name, photo, bio, skills, portfolio), and your notifications.
• If you have a GetMaster Pro plan, it is cancelled straight away (no refund for the rest of the billing period). Your Pro business data – phone number, AI assistant, contacts, quotes, invoices you created, call notes and recordings – is removed within 30 days.

What we keep, and for how long

• Records of jobs, payments, refunds and disputes, which we must keep for tax, accounting and legal reasons – usually for 6 years – and then delete.
• Messages and reviews that are part of another user's job history may be kept, without your profile attached.
